Point Plans Ltd

As a business 4 Point Plans is geared to meet the growing needs of homeowners and commercial premises owners providing a simple no-fuss modular service with all the capabilities of the large firms but with the responsiveness and attention of a small firm.

In business since 2007 (renamed to 4 Point Plans soon after) our designers and engineers have many prior years’ experience working in many fields within the construction industry notably dealing with local planning authorities and building control departments.

Since we have that depth and breadth of experience we believe it enables us to give our clients varied quality advice; we speak the language of construction so we can easily communicate our designs between the client and their builder.
