Academy is an independent company that specialises in Hospitality and Catering training throughout the South West.
Our key area of work, is to deliver work-based apprenticeships that are funded by the government, so at no cost to the employer or learner. We therefore work very closely with local employers to train / improve the skills and understanding of people working in this industry.
We are also an accredited centre of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and deliver Food Safety courses and Health and Safety courses / BIIAB and deliver Personal License and Alcohol related courses.
