Alton Charities Together

Alton Charities Together (ACT) is a local networking group for non profit making organisation in and around the Alton area. The group meets four/six times per year and is a support group to help raise awareness of voluntary organisations. The group meets at Brendoncare Alton and has been over 70 members, produces a directory which is distributed to healthcare professionals, libraries and information centres. The group holds an annual awards day to help recognise volunteers and an holds an Alton Charities Day in the town.
