Bodywise Pilates

Bodywise Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates and rehabilitation studio in Salisbury, Wiltshire, open since December 2008. At Bodywise Pilates all of our teachers are qualified with the Pilates Foundation UK, the highest possible standard in Pilates training. We offer group matwork classes for all levels of ability, as well as chair-based classes for those with restricted mobility, and classes for pregnant women. We also offer studio classes on the Pilates equipment (reformers, cadillacs, stability chairs, and barrels), either on a one-to-one / two-to-one basis or in groups. At Bodywise Pilates classes are small in order to give you as much individual attention as possible (maximum of 10 people in matwork classes, maximum of 4 people in studio classes).
