We have being running our Bootcamp at the Aylesford location for 4 years now!We cater for all levels of fitness and ability,the sessions are hard but fun and never the same so your motivation remains high.All our instructors are ex-military and Physical Training Instructors so you will be pushed out of your comfort zone bout in a safe manner.We get results!
