You can learn to practice meditation, Buddhism, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga and Tai-Chi. We are well-known in the City for our friendly approach towards sharing what Buddhism has to offer in the modern world.

Visit us 12.30-2.30pm Monday to Friday for a chat and a cup of tea. All are welcome. We also have a small shrine room for meditation and quiet reflection.
