I provide counselling and psychotherapy for adults and teenagers. My particular interests are anxiety, feeling stuck, dealing with stress, low self-esteem, procrastination and working with important life transitions. I also offer Walk and Talk sessions in and around the area for clients who find walking in nature therapeutic.
