I am an experienced fully qualified counsellor practising for over 20 years. I became a Reiki practitioner and Reiki Master and have been practising for the past 15 years. I am also a qualified practitioner in Thought Field Therapy, and I am also an advanced practitioner of Theta Healing. All these therapies help to release negative emotions in a very gentle manner,and combined or used as individual therapies can be very powerful tools, giving very effective healing experiences where one can get to the root of an emotional problem very quickly and release it.

I believe we all have the potential within us to achieve any goals we set ourselves in life. With the right tools, our life's journey can be a very exciting fulfilling experience. We just need to take the first step.
