At Club Woodham we pride ourselves on giving you the time and the expertise you need to achieve your goals. Whether you have exercised your whole life, or for the first time, a warm welcome is guaranteed every time you visit.

We have a fully air conditioned, state of the art gymnasium, spinning studio featuring the latest Keiser M3 bikes, circuit gym and a large aerobic studio, complemented with a wide range of classes to suit all levels of fitness. We also have 3 squash/racketball courts for you to enjoy.

If all that sounds like hard work you can relax in our sauna and steam rooms, or chill out in the bar. We serve a wide range of drinks and offer freshly prepared lunches.

Facilties at the Club include over 40 pieces of cardiovascular equipment including the very latest Octaine Lateral X cross trainers, a full range of resistance machines including Hammer Strength MTS, cables and plate loaded along with an extensive free weight area.
