Overall Info
Crossroads Care Surrey is a leading, registered Charity providing vital respite breaks to unpaid Carers in the County.
A 'carer' is someone who looks after a relative or friend who are frail due to old age or with a long term disability. This ranges from a child with autism to an elderly person with dementia.
We improve the quality of life for Carers and the people for whom they care by enabling them to take a break from their caring responsibilities. Our services operate throughout Surrey and include; our Core Service of three, free hours respite care a week, Social Clubs that give Carers an extended break and a variety of self-funded Care Packages. In partnership with the NHS we also provide a free, unlimited end of life service for those caring for someone in the last twelve months of their life.
Crossroads employ professional staff that are trained to the highest standards and as an organisation we are compliant with the Care Quality Commission, CROQET and Ofsted.
