In addition to this I am a Business Coach and Mentor who trains individuals that are searching for a more rewarding career or those who wish to develop additional skills by training as Fit Club Coach in their own community either part or full time.

I have 10 years experience working in Health & Fitness and I am confident I can help you to realise your full potential. Success in all areas of life starts with the right education, so my approach is simple, easy to understand and is based on science and proven principals.
