Harbourside Bed & Breakfast with direct views across Newlyn Harbour and Mounts Bay offering welcoming accommodation and great value for money.

We are located between Penzance and Mousehole - near Lands End, St Michael's Mount and St Ives.

We are the only accommodation who can boast that all our double guest rooms have views directly overlooking the harbour and Mounts Bay.

We welcome children (£10-£15 pn) and dogs (£5 pn) and have free Wifi, use of computer and on-line booking.

This B & B is friendly, comfortable and has all the amenities of a guest house.

Full English breakfast is served from 8.30am in the guest lounge/dining room overlooking the harbour.

All our sea-view double rooms have private facilities i.e. a shower in the room and your own private toilet 4 steps across the landing. The rooms also offer tea/coffee trays, television, Wifi in most, alarm clock radios, hairdryers and towels.
