Karate for children with classes constructed to suit the ages of the children attending. Mini karate is for 3 and 4 year olds with mum or dad helping them with the exercises. Junior karate is for 4 to 6 year olds after school. Karate kids is for children aged 6+ and some 5 year olds if we feel they can cope. Contact us for more details and class times.
