Lettings Service

We offer a flexible and personal Lettings Service for owners of Holiday Houses in North Cornwall, Salcombe & Aldeburgh.
We charge a significantly lower and more flexible commission rate than the major local agents covering Rock and Polzeath, thereby increasing the level of return for you for each booking we generate or process for you.
I can work with you from advertising choices through to booking confirmation and guest feedback offering all or any part of these services as this fits with your needs and the level at which you wish to be involved - or not- in the booking process for your holiday property.
Please contact me on Renwick.Ros@gmail.com or 07808 078834 01822 841165 for further details or a quote. Alternatively visit www.polzeathbeachhouse.co.uk to view the website for my own new build holiday house on Polzeath beach and click on ‘other properties’ to see a selection of the holiday properties that I am currently letting.
I very much look forward to hearing from you if I can be of service to you.
Kind regards,
