We make our meditation sessions available to as many people as we can accommodate at our centres in Bude, Bristol and Swindon. We are also available to answer your questions about meditation and spiritual matters. There is a community forum for people who want to interact with other meditators worldwide and you are welcome to join in.

Many people have already benefited from this therapeutic and spiritual discipline which can literally change our lives in such a way that we wonder how we ever managed before meditation became an integral part of our lives.
