A beautiful Grade II listed 16th century thatched cottage in the heart of Amberley, one of the prettiest villages in West Sussex.

We are now in our eighteenth year of providing bed and breakfast, six years in the Lake District and for the last twelve years in Amberley so we either love doing it or are desperate for company!

Inspected and recommended by Alastair Sawday as a 'Special Place to Stay' we offer a warm welcome and award-winning breakfasts that are regularly mentioned in glowing terms on every page of our visitors book!
The property lies close to Arundel with its commanding 11th century castle and the beautiful city of Chichester, which is dominated by the impressive cathedral and home to the recently renovated and internationally renowned Festival Theatre. Goodwood and the coast are also within a short drive through countryside that has inspired the words of Kipling, Tennyson and Shelley.
