The people's pub, Our menu is designed with our customers in mind, a refreshed facade and vibrant activities calendar makes The Clifton Inn a great choice. Under the experienced eyes of new owners Paul and Nataliya Knott, we took over the pub in December 2012. Featuring an impressive and affordable menu, state-of-the-art kitchen, freshly painted exterior with cheerful hanging baskets, and a central location all combine to make The Clifton a favourite amongst visitors and locals alike.The result is a wonderful mix of all the nostalgia of a traditional pub, with every modern convenience. We serve food 7 days a week and our menu makes us the ideal spot to grab a purse-friendly bite when out and about in the city. Our varied menu epitomises value for money dining, with no compromise on portion size or the quality of ingredients, and is available on Monday to Saturday 11am to 9pm. The popular carvery is on Sundays from noon to 3pm, booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
