The Counselling Foundation

The Counselling Foundation is a leading charity listening for over 40 years. We provide low cost, quality counselling for individuals & couples, on a short or long term basis. Our charitable mission aims to make counselling as accessible & affordable as possible. You can choose to engage in counselling for as long as you need or choose to be allocated a set amount of solution focussed sessions with specific goals in mind. Our long term, open-ended service is BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) accredited. The Foundation also delivers a range of professional counselling training courses.
