Formed in 1996, The Property Shop is one of Swindon's longest established independent estate agents. Based in Commercial Road, we specialise in residential sales and lettings throughout Swindon and surrounding area's. With over 120 year's experience, our team is headed up by the 4 directors, Barrie Brocks, Chris Randall, Peter Hall and Jason Parker. All 4 of our directors have been selling and letting houses in Swindon for many years and are focused on providing an unparalleled high level of customer service to all our clients.
We offer a committed, pro-active service blending modern technology with traditional skills, unlike many estate agents we are not frightened to pick up the telephone and talk to our clients. All our prospective tenants are interviewed for suitability by our specialist lettings director, Peter Hall, who is an ex police officer.
