I am an accredited Building Surveyor and Energy Assessor and have more than 35 years’ experience. I am fully insured, having both full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

I have undertaken work as a technical assessor to trainee candidates for SAVA (Surveyor And Valuers Accreditation) and a site auditor checking upon other surveyors for compliance.

I provide Building Surveys, Specific Defect reports (eg. Damp investigations) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s). My reports are written in an easy to understand format and will include photographs of the property, clearly identifying any visual defects.

I cover Gerrards Cross and the Chalfonts, High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, Bovingdon, Chipperfield, Hemel Hempstead, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Uxbridge, Slough, Ruislip, Eastcote, Harrow, Pinner, West London and surrounding areas. In fact, as long as I can drive to your property within a reasonable time all areas are considered.
