Based in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex and trading for over 30 years, this family run business has valuable, local experience in design, planning and building regulations. We can provide you with an architectural service providing you with planning and building regulations drawings ready for submission to the Local Authority.

.

We strive to create elegant and affordable design tailored to suit the clients brief. We do not have a “house style” as we believe in the right design to suit the brief.

Our work ranges from;

•New houses
•Garden buildings
•House extensions
•Retail units
•Loft conversions
•Warehouses
•Flat developments
•Offices
•Mews developments
•Restaurants

Most of our work comes from recommendation and we have built up a good client portfolio based on this. We have repeat clients that go from one project to another, developers who trust us to deal with all aspects of their projects from land sale to completed development and private clients that recommend to family and friends for work on their family homes.

Having worked as consultants in the Southend on Sea area, we have good relationships with both Planning and Building Regulation departments of the Local Authorities in the area.

The majority of our work is in Essex and in particular Southend-on-sea, Castle Point, Rochford & Basildon, we are however often working on projects further afield in Suffolk and Kent, but also work throughout the UK working in London, Cornwall and Scotland

We have built a team of people around us that can help with specific issues, these include;
•Structural Engineers
•Chartered Surveyors
•Land Surveyors
•Party Wall surveyors
•Arboricultural Consultants
•Planning / Appeal Consultants

We have a good relationship with a number of local building companies and are happy to recommend depending on the project criteria.
