AbcTai Chi

abc Tai Chi consists of two very enthusiastic tai chi for health teachers, Margaret Marciniak and Allan Howlings who both live in Axminster. We run classes in Axminster, Chardstock, Seaton and Beer weekly. The classes are suitable for absolute beginners to tai chi as well as intermediates. All of our groups are very friendly and welcoming to the beginner. There is no pressure to "have to learn" all of the movements of the tai chi form. It is up to the individual, the most important thing is that you enjoy the experience of learning a beautiful and graceful art form that nourishes the mind, body and spirit.
Workshops and one to one or small group tuition is also available upon request.
