Surveyors in Gerrards Cross

I am an accredited Building Surveyor and Energy Assessor and have more than 35 years’ experience. I am fully insured, having both full professional indemnity and public liability insurance. I have undertaken work as a technical assessor to trainee candidates for SAVA (Surveyor And Valuers Accreditation) and a site auditor checking upon other surveyors for compliance. I provide Building Surveys, Specific Defect reports (eg. Damp investigations) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s). My reports are written in an easy to understand format and will include photographs of the property, clearly identifying any visual defects. I cover Gerrards Cross and the Chalfonts, High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, Bovingdon, Chipperfield, Hemel Hempstead, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Uxbridge, Slough, Ruislip, Eastcote, Harrow, Pinner, West London and surrounding areas. In fact, as long as I can drive to your property within a reasonable time all areas are considered. Weekend, evening and early morning appointments available upon request. My service can be tailored to suit your requirements and is both professional and reliable. If you prefer I would be pleased to meet you on site for the last half an hour of the survey. Please contact me on 01753 400 161 for an informal discussion or more information.
